I came into HR through communications. After 10+ years alongside senior leaders at Experian, Andritz Group and high-growth startups, I learned that the hardest people issues are rarely about policy — they're about trust, clarity, and how culture lands when the stakes are high.

I'm analytical, a storyteller at heart, and energised by complexity. That means I bring something most HR professionals don't: the ability to manage sensitive situations, navigate difficult conversations, and craft communications that actually build trust.
