Hi, I am Renata, an HR professional holding a CIPD Level 7 accreditation with 3+ years of HR advisory and people operations experience, backed by a decade partnering within people and communications teams across the Americas, EMEA and UK&I in global organisations including Experian and ANDRITZ Group.

What makes me unique

I bring the operational rigour to build compliant people processes, and the communication skills to make employees actually engage with them. Able to advise senior leadership and translate people's data into actionable insights. Comfortable managing multiple priorities in complex, fast-paced environments.

Why HR & people engagement?

I love to see new ideas coming to life, and especially when employees engage more, new joiners feel oriented from day one, and employees connect with the EVP because the message actually landed. I'm equally operational and strategic: I get as much from a good dataset as from reading a room. I like to see myself as a business partner and a problem-solver who turns ambiguity into clear, compliant people processes and makes work more engaging.

The programme gave me grounding in UK employment law, case law, and HR governance. I learned to diagnose ER issues, advise on dispute resolution and flexible working, and align people policy with business strategy. I also built knowledge across resourcing, talent management, workforce planning, and HR analytics, developing the ability to turn people data into clear recommendations for leadership.

 

My dissertation, awarded a Distinction (80), explored how leaders use storytelling to sustain trust and psychological safety during digital transformation. Qualitative research across 11 participants and 8 UK sectors. It sits at the intersection of everything I bring: HR, communications, and organisational behaviour.
